Located in the lobby of the Courtyard by Marriott Isla Verde Beach Resort facing the beautiful ocean view and it is open for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is served between the hours of 6 and 11 AM. Monday through Friday guests enjoy our "A La Carte" menu with a variety of items to choose from for a healthy and harty breakfast. Saturday and Sunday we offer a traditional American Breakfast buffet. Indulge yourself in an all-you-can-eat feast of breakfast items such as crispy bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, waffles, breakfast potatoes, pancakes, cereals and oatmeal, cold cuts, fresh pastries, fresh fruits, coffee, fresh juices, and made-to-order omelets. Our dinner service is available from 5:30pm until 10:00pm with “A La Carte” dining from Monday through Friday. The “A La Carte” menu contains local favorites like rice and beans or fried plantains which are served as a side dish to your selected main course. Monday through Friday from 5:30pm to 10:00pm guests can enjoy our Soup, Salad, and Pasta Bar. Saturday from 5:30pm to 10:00pm enjoy our daily buffet which also extends to Sunday from 1:00pm - 10:00pm. |

On weekends and holidays, Salsa Restaurant features the most popular dinner buffet in the greater San Juan metropolitan area. One of the favorite local tastes drawing local patrons as well as visiting guests; is the traditional “Lechon a La vara” or whole pork on the spit. Delivering guests with a true Puerto Rican feast. |

Salsa Restaurant is closed for lunch, with the exception of special occasions or private parties. On Sundays we start serving our traditional Puerto Rican buffet at 1 PM. The dress code for Salsa Restaurant is resort casual. Room Service is available from 6:00 am until 11:30 pm, you can order for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner by dialing extension 6163.
